KENPO X ROCKS!

This is still my favorite of the cardio workouts! I always feel fit and strong during this one. Not always flexible, perhaps, but strong and fit both mentally and physically.

TODAY'S WORKOUT: Kenpo X
TODAY'S MENU:
Breakfast--> 8 oz. OJ, banana, Honey Nut Cheerios and skim milk.
Snack--> Power Bar, apple
Lunch--> carrots, hummous, turkey patty
Dinner-->green salad with mushrooms (olive oil and salt), 2 slices of bread, scoop of whey protein in 8 oz skim milk, banana
