I lollygagged in bed for half an hour this morning, resulting in my having to shorten the Legs & Back X workout if I was to get Ab Ripper X, breakfast, shower and dress-time in before I hit the road. I still worked just as hard. Ab Ripper X has once again become my sworn nemesis. When I have time, I am going to have to look back and see how I was feeling at this time when I did my first round of this in January 2010. If memory serves, I was dying then too.
I WILL SUCCEED! DAMN THE LACTIC ACID... FULL SPEED AHEAD!
TODAY'S WORKOUT: Legs and Back X, Ab Ripper X
TODAY'S MENU:
Breakfast--> Banana, Coffee, Honey Nut Cheerios and skim milk.
Lunch--> Carrots, hummous, roast beef sandwich on 12-grain
Snack --> Power Bar
Dinner--> Turkey patty, green salad with olive oil and salt, 3/4 cup of herb stuffing
