
Anyway, did Yoga X after a four-hour flight home, which is such a weird sensation. Flying tires me out for some odd reason (I mean really... all you're doing is sittin' there) and doing yoga right after it is no easy chore because yoga, for all it's ability to clear the mind requires a huge amount of physical exertion! I really tuckered out fast, but brought what I could.
Legs and back in the morning tomorrow, and abs that night. In between, I'm going to pick up my dogs, whom I have missed terribly, and enjoy a nice turkey sandwich... it's been too long since I had one!
