The dog bite didn't slow me down after all... I'm feeling fantastic! Chest and back this morning was such a good workout... and it's so funny that as I look back at my fist week this round (and in my very first round), I was so nauseous and so tuckered out. I'm so glad I stuck with it and didn't collapse under the exhaustion the first week and under the stress of the dog bite. Yay!
This may be a pipe dream, but I hope that, like my friend Greg, a single-digit body fat percentage is at the end of this!
