Once bitten, twice shy....

Spent a lot of the day at the hospital thanks to a dog bite. Just now got home at 4:30pm PST after a shot of antibiotics in the ass and a really bizarre afternoon trying to stem the bleeding. I'll see how I am feeling before bed... may do Yoga X then. If not I hope people will understand and forgive.
