MUCH better

Awright!!!! I'm feeling great after Chest & Back today! A few things that made my life easier this morning:

- Bands for pull-ups on round 1, pull up bar for round 2.
- Having written everything down that I did last week. Thanks to that I, was able to set a reasonable, achievable (and in some cases surpassable) goal
- Going to do Ab Ripper X tonight instead of right after. I was doing that on my first round eleven months ago, and it actually felt better to burn some calories before bed rather than wear myself out completely and get frustrated during Ab Ripper because I was so tired.
- Blogging about it!
