1st Day of Recovery Week

Did Yoga X for Day 1 as prescribed. Always good for mental and spiritual health.... balances are still tough, but the flexibility is getting better. Everyone who has done this program says tomorrow's workout, the Core Synergistics X is a killer! I'm going to preview the video to see what I am in store for...

Got paid and tax returns came in today... so I could grocery shop! Yay! Now, what to do about that tenant...

TODAY'S MENU
BREAKFAST - 4 strips turkey bacon, whole wheat English Muffin, glass of skim milk (8 oz), coffee
LUNCH - apple slices, 6-inch chicken breast sub with lettuce, cheese, and a little sweet onion dressing
DINNER - large steak (9 or 10 oz I think), serving of broccoli spears, 1 cup cooked corn, glass of skim milk (8 oz)
