
Once again, I am turning to P90X for emotional catharsis. I am not sure if I would be feeling this way had I done the workout in the morning like I usually do, but hey... can't cry over spilled milk.
Personal note: Mr. Horton, I am two weeks into this program. I'm not seeing any magical transformations in my physique yet, but this is really helping me to get my mind right, at least. Guess I can thank you for that.
TODAY'S MENU:
BREAKFAST - Spinach omelet, 1/2 grapefruit, 8 oz skim milk, 1 cup black coffee
LUNCH - 2 meatless burger patties, carrots, 2 tbsp hummus, whey protein in 8 oz skim milk
SNACK - protein bar
DINNER - asparagus, wild rice, grilled swordfish
