KENPO DAY! I really love it... I could go for a few more days of this versus Plyo. From what I understand, I'll have quite a bit of it next week! Cool!

BREAKFAST - 4 slices of turkey bacon, whole grain English muffin, tangerine, coffee
LUNCH - can of vegetable soup, two Boca burger pattties, 1 Polly-o String cheese
DINNER - grilled chicken with Italian seasoning, steamed asparagus, wild rice.
