By the way, Ab Ripper X proved to be 1000 times more palatable when I set the DVD for "Music and Cues." I'd call that one more brick falling out, wouldn't you?
TODAY'S WORKOUT - Legs & Back X, Ab Ripper X
TODAY'S MENU:
BREAKFAST - Protein Shake, 1/2 banana, coffee
LUNCH - Subway: 6 inch chicken breast on whole wheat with American cheese, shredded lettuce, and a little sweet onion dressing
SNACK - a couple of handfuls of cashews and a couple of handfuls of pistachios
DINNER - wild rice, brocolli... no chicken because I forgot to thaw it!!!
