And right they were!

Core Synergistics is HARD! Tried to keep the core muscles engaged as per Mr. Horton's "tip of the day" but I'm not sure how successful I was. I sweat buckets and did my best, but I somehow had the feeling I was supposed to keep my abdomen taut through the whole thing. If that was the case, I am not sure I did that correctly. If not, I need to just stop thinking. Well, either way, I get to do it again on Monday; we'll see what happens then. Still, it was great cardio and it really flew by quickly! I like this workout! Kenpo X tomorrow... and you know I love that one!

Phone interview today with ASU! I'm really excited... this is a good opportunity. My friends Johnny, Tom, and Drew are rootin' for me! I hope to give them good news this evening... wait... strike that... I WILL GIVE THEM GOOD NEWS THIS EVENING!!! Howzat?! :-)

TODAY'S MENU
BREAKFAST - Protein shake (strawberries and chocolate whey protein)
LUNCH - 2 Boca Burger patties, serving of raw baby carrots, 2 tbsp hummus
SNACK - protein bar, banana
DINNER - grilled salmon with Montreal spices, wild rice, vegetable medley
