"Do your best and forget the rest!"

Mr. Horton says this in just about every video of the P90X series. I'm starting to realize "the rest" in my case are all those mental gymnastics I was putting myself through last night about the infomercials.

Nothing more profound to say. Time to do the laundry.

TODAY'S WORKOUT: Yoga X

TODAY'S MENU:
BREAKFAST - 2 soy sausage patties, whole wheat english muffin, 1 Polly-o string cheese, coffee, glass of milk.
LUNCH - can of Progresso Lite Southwest Chicken Soup, protein shake with berries
DINNER - "Saturn" salad from Liquid Planet, bottle of OJ
INDULGENCE - slice of pumpkin cheesecake at Starbucks.... and I regret it not!

  1. I'm on day 3 today, so one day behind you even though you are several weeks into the plan. I will be following your blog to get a preview of what's to come. Hopefully the pains will start to go away soon, or at least not last as long!

  3. hey dccheapskate - I am in my second week on day 5 and it does start to get a bit easier. I am still having some issues with the Yoga part, but it is coming along. Good Luck to you as well! :)
